I have been on hold with the accounting department at the MGM Grand in Vegass for the past 20 minutes!! I'm really annoyed. Why is it o.k. to keep a person on hold for this length of time? All I need is a receipt for one of our employees that stayed there as I need to submit with expenses. Argh!!!! I'm sure that if I hang up and call back I'll be put at the back of the queue and I'll still be screwed. It's also bad when they as you to send over a letter after spending all this time on hold because I previously sent a credit card authorization form! It's been 30 minutes now!
O.k. They FINALLY picked up and are sending it over. I do not need to send a letter. I'm better now.
