Maybe leaving my window open was a bad thing?

I am in Scotland right now, about to compete in the Worlds. We're staying in Stirling at these great little flats. I'm enjoying the cooler weather and decided to leave my window wide open while I'm doing laundry to air out the room and cool it down a bit. I also left the light on - just not thinking. I come back at 2 am to find about 4 mosquitos and a big scary spider. I'm wondering how to get rid of them because anything that flies eratically at me really freaks me out. I decide on the cannister of Oust to spray from afar and end up spending at least 20 minutes trying to get these suck
