Cinco De Porko

Ahhhhhh! It's Cinco de Mayo and we are having a big 'ol potluck at work. I made red chile cheese enchiladas. Someone brought homemade pork tamales, Mexican soup, homemade salsas, green chile chicken & cheese enchiladas, these cream cheese tortilla roll up things, and the yummy fried tortilla chips from Vallarta. Holy Coronary. It's all freakin' good!!
