Trader Joe's

I have been going to Trader Joe's since I was a wee little girl when I went with my mom. I love the food items that they have there, the great prices and their super friendly and helpful staff. At one point I thought about getting a second job there because it just seems like a great place to work. They come across that they care about their employees and that seems to show in the way the employees conduct their business. So, yes, I am a fan.

There has only been one time that I came across a TJ's employees that was just less than friendly. One time until yesterday afternoon.

I had to stop in to buy some wine to bring to a dinner I went to. I decided to park on the street since Trader Joe's parking lots are never big enough and always seem to instill a sense of anger, hatred a desire for fighting amongst it's patrons.

So, I stop off at the Sherman Oaks location on Riverside, I go inside and a really nice gent in the wine section helps me choose a nice bottle of red. I go up to the counter to pay and the cashier was just not friendly at all. She's talking friendly with all her coworkers but to me, nothing. I had smiled, said hi and all that and she just was not nice. The odd thing is the last time I went to that location was the other time that I encountered an unfriendly staff member. What gives?
